The theorists of neoliberalism in western countries, led by the United States of America, took advantage of the state of mental and psychological capture, which was established by promoting liberal freedoms that were already without any societal controls to present economic concepts aimed at destroying the economic institutions in the countries.

The ideas put forward by these theorists are based mainly on the state delegating the owners of capital to its economic powers, apart from neutralizing the work of trade unions and the role of universities and others under flimsy allegations and seeks to establish what is called (a new authoritarian knowledge) that includes embedding culture and politics in the service of promoting the new economy and its destructive propositions in favor of Western productive capital and making the markets of the rest of the world consumers it.

James Galbraith, the well-known American economist, points out that neo-liberalism has contributed to spreading suspicious economic relations in the markets based on plunder and exploitation, and says that “continuing this approach will lead, with its uncontrolled brutality, to undermine the foundations of human civilization as a whole, not just the global economy.”

One of the researchers knows modern liberalism in its economic form by saying, “What is being shown is the transformation of the world into a large commercial center where they can buy even people there, including workers, immigrants, and perhaps children, or even an entire country like Mexico.”

Observers say that these canned liberal policies and proposals offer a ready-made recipe for the dismantling of societies and the destruction of their basic structures by ending the role of the state and striking the cultural, intellectual and religious references therein, opening the way wide for chaos, corporate supremacy and floating capital under the slogan (freedom of the market) and access to money by any means possible.

In this context, German economist Horst Afhilde says in his book “An Economy That Poorest” that “the modernized liberal order has little merit .. it is an ineffective economy where modern liberalism has for a generation numbed the feelings of many peoples of the world with bright promises and false omens that purport to be exacerbated. The misery and the increase in the number of the poor are nothing but a fleeting case on the path of prosperity that the whole society will enjoy ... But the achieved economic facts have refuted these allegations, as this belief has produced despair, despair, violence and terrorism ... In this sense, the claim that modern liberalism is the best way to accelerate the rise of national outcomes in the world is nothing but deception For the peoples ”.

In our Arab region, modern liberalism began to leak in the early nineties of the last century through a number of people who were fascinated by the American model who presented a set of propositions that contradict societal and intellectual values and Arab and Islamic social heritage in clear harmony with the policies adopted by the neoconservatives in the United States under the pretext of combating Terrorism also launched a ferocious attack on Arabism in its various cultural and intellectual dimensions, which makes confronting this destructive theory a duty of all actors in society.
