The judges in Munich made their decision on Tuesday.

A man from

Augsburg

had sued against the complete ban .. Now

the administrative court

allows

solo work in the big city.

Fireworks can now be set off on private land in the Swabian district capital.

The judges say that the nationwide ban on fireworks is not “necessary under infection protection law”.

So it is not a proportionate measure within the meaning of the

Infection Protection Act

. ”With this, the Administrative Court confirms the judgment of the Administrative Court of Augsburg.

The Bavarian Ministry of the Interior approved the general decree on the ban on firecrackers.
