On December 30, the government launched the "iAM Smart" App for citizens to download on their mobile phones. You can log in to CLP Power, Hongkong Electric, China Gas and more than 20 common government or public agency online services, such as online application for license renewal and Electronic tax filing, etc.

From 2021, "Smart Convenience" will also add "electronic needle card" services to facilitate the public to get the new crown pneumonia vaccine.

From 2021, the Hong Kong Government will implement a vaccination plan. The Secretary for Innovation and Technology Xue Yongheng said that "Smart Convenience" will also support the "electronic needle card" service to facilitate the public to download electronic vaccination records and check virus test results to ensure The public gets the second shot within the specified time.

The "Smart Convenience" App can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play, but only supports users with Android 6.0 or above and iOS 9.0 or above.

The "Smart Convenience" App is a one-stop personalized digital service platform. The public can quickly find and use related linked services without going through the complicated steps of the department website!

The Innovation and Technology Bureau also stated that it is expected that by mid-2021, "Smart Convenience" will support more than 110 government online services.
