Around the world they started accepting today (Thursday) 2021 with restrictions it is dragging from last year due to the corona plague.
In most countries, fireworks and other public events have been canceled, especially in Europe which fears the spread of the British mutation.
New Zealand, on the other hand, one of the first countries in the world to celebrate the new year, celebrated as usual after being able to overcome the virus during the year.
In Australia our neighbors celebrated the New Year as usual at the fireworks show in Sydney, but without an audience.
"We do not want to create any distribution event on New Year's Eve," said the New South Wales prime minister, who resides in Sydney.
Many remained at home to watch the fireworks, limiting the number of crowds to five.
