Approximately one million: 153,000 people were vaccinated against Corona yesterday

A record number of vaccinators was recorded yesterday, raising the total in Israel to 950,000 citizens.

The success in maintaining the daily target of 150,000 people came through the distribution of vaccines across 325 centers across the country.

The Ministry of Health updated this morning (Friday) that 150,400 people were vaccinated yesterday against the corona virus, a record number since the start of the operation.

In this way, the target of 150,000 vaccinators per day is maintained.

In total, 950,000 Israeli citizens were vaccinated against the virus.

Health Minister Yuli Edelstein welcomed the progress.

"So how are Israel's 950,000 vaccinators? Just yesterday we broke another record and vaccinated 153,430 people at 325 vaccine stations across the country. Today we will pass the million vaccinators. On behalf of all of you, I thank the medical staff for the amazing work!"
