The 8914th case is a 17-year-old man who lives in Block 2, Regal Gardens, To Kwa Wan, and went to 56 Ma Tau Chung Road. He became ill on December 18 and is a case of unknown origin.
According to the list of buildings updated by the Center for Health Protection in the evening, one patient was added to the second tower of Jun Hongxuan, Tin Shui Wai yesterday, and a total of 9 people were diagnosed. The building has been included in the compulsory testing list earlier. Director Zhang Zhujun said yesterday that there was an additional unit in the second block of Junhongxuan, which was diagnosed in the same direction as the previous unit, but 14 floors apart.

It was the earliest confirmed case of the building. He became ill on December 19 and the diagnosis was announced on December 24. It is a case of unknown origin.
Zhang Zhujun said yesterday that a security guard at Jifu Building had confirmed the diagnosis, and some of the subsequent confirmed cases had talked with the security guard. The authorities expect that more cases may appear in the building in the future.
The building has been included in the mandatory inspection list earlier.
