Protest over the death of Ahuvia Godfather:
Seven policemen were injured during a violent protest by hundreds of demonstrators on the Golda Meir axis in Jerusalem protesting the death of Ahuvia Godfather, who was killed about a week ago during a police chase in the Binyamin Regional Council.
Fourteen protesters were arrested on suspicion of violating public order.

The police said that the policemen were injured as a result of throwing stones and objects at them, as well as that damage was caused to the road infrastructure, including partition fences between transport lanes and traffic signs, and to police vehicles.
It was also reported that the windows of a detainee's car were smashed.
Following the violent protest, the Golda axis was blocked for vehicular traffic between Begin Junction and Admorim Junction (near Bar Ilan). It was also reported that the entrance to Mount Hotzvim was blocked.
Police said that during the demonstration was called in the police force to handle the event, during which dozens of people surrounded the car of a passing innocent citizen.
The policemen arrested one of the stone-throwers, and during the arrest, other people involved began to gather around him, and a metal object was thrown at a police officer who hit him in the neck.
