Sweida-Sana
The workshops of the General Corporation for the Transmission and Distribution of Electricity and the General Company for Electricity of Sweida have completed repairing an electrical transformer failure with a capacity of 30 megabytes in the substation of the city of Sweida, which caused an increase in rationing hours in the northern part of the city and a number of villages in the governorate.
General Director of the Sweida Electricity Company, Engineer Nidal Nofal, said in a statement to SANA's correspondent that this transformer constitutes one of two transformers located in the station with a capacity of 30 megabytes for each transformer, which caused its failure to form a state of pressure by working on one transformer, thus increasing the rationing in a forced and clear manner for the areas that feed from the station with electricity.
