Corona Commissioner Prof. Nachman Ash announced this evening (Saturday) that he intends to demand the closure of the education system, as well as a further reduction in trade.
In an interview here 11, Ash said that "we intend to demand a complete closure of the education system and a reduction in trade."
This is due to the significant increase in coronary heart disease in recent days.
During the coming week, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to hold a discussion on options for tightening the closure.
The Prime Minister's Office stated that the goal is for the closure to be "tight and short, and allow for a quick opening of the economy."
Yesterday, Netanyahu criticized the decisions to impose restrictions, saying that "for populist and political reasons, there are politicians who have prevented us from doing the tight closure that we want to save hundreds of lives. I call on politicians to recover and the public to get vaccinated."

Tonight the organization called for teaching staff for parents who can avoid sending their children to schools, who will do so as early as tomorrow.
"Parents who can avoid sending their children to the education system tomorrow - they should do so," they said.
The organization congratulated the mayor of Ramat Gan, Carmel Shama-Hacohen, who published such an appeal to parents in his city, adding that "while the Minister of Education abandons the security of 200,000 teaching staff and their families, and Erez and Ben-David fail to protect them, it is good that there are involved and vigilant mayors."
Shama posted an appeal to parents in Ramat Gan on social media this evening, telling parents that they must exercise discretion.
"If your children do not have to go to school tomorrow emotionally, socially or academically, they had better stay home," he wrote.
"All the children of the city are the children of us all and under our responsibility. As mayor, I considered and came to the conclusion that it is my duty to share with you that this is the case."
The mayor of Ramat Gan said that he himself decided to leave his daughter Mia at home, in light of the illness data.
He added that "tomorrow morning we will study the data of the last day, which without a change in trend are expected to turn the city into orange."
"The morbidity situation in the education system has never been worse, and at the same time the district epidemiological investigation system has collapsed in the face of the congestion. We must not stumble upon what appears to be the last but most violent wave of all."
