Another bicycle accident occurred at the crossroads of San Wan Road Garden, Sheung Shui. At 7:30 pm today (3rd), a man in his 30s was riding a bicycle at the junction of San Wan Road and Chi Cheong Road and was caught by a private car. He was knocked down and injured his head and pain in his hands. Fortunately, his consciousness was clear. The ambulancemen arrived and sent him to the North District Hospital for treatment.
The police were present to investigate the cause of the accident.
At nearly 6 a.m. on November 7 last year, a 46-year-old woman surnamed Zhang was riding a bicycle at the junction of Xinyun Road and Zhichang Road when she was knocked down by a taxi along the northbound line of Xinyun Road and she was thrown into the air. At the front of the car, the taxi's windshield was shaken, and the missile fell several meters to the ground. His head was hit hard on the spot and he was unconscious on the spot.
