To prove this, the email reporter had attached a photo of a fresh cannabis plant.

When the police came to a search in front of the accused's home on August 4, there was only dry earth in the flower pot.

"The dog ate the plant," said the defendant, who handed the officers just under two grams of marijuana that he had in his apartment.

That crowd was now the subject of the indictment.

The prosecutor accepted the proposal and requested that the proceedings be terminated.

The defendant was happy.
