During his participation today in the graduation of the sixteenth session of the National Institute of Public Administration (INA) at the Damascus Opera House, which numbered 60 graduates, Engineer Arnous explained that an integrated plan will be drawn up to sort and distribute them to various administrative joints in ministries and public agencies, calling on graduates to transfer scientific and practical expertise that They acquired it during their studies at the institute to the functional cadres that they will work with, continuous cooperation and concerted efforts to raise the level of the public office.

The Prime Minister pointed out that the processes of training and qualifying functional cadres and developing the administrative reality in public institutions did not stop, but rather went hand in hand with the continuous efforts to develop their economic reality by providing the necessary incentives to nourish the desire of workers in the development, improvement and upgrading, indicating that applied research will be employed Completed by graduates of the sixteenth session in the service of public entities and institutions in which they were conducted.

In a statement to reporters, Eng. Arnous said: We count on the graduates of the National Institute of Public Administration to serve the national project for administrative reform, which has made advanced stages in all ministries, especially that these competencies have obtained advanced scientific and professional training, pointing out that these competencies that have been graduated today are added to a group A large number of competencies that the institute produced over the past years, which were able to occupy advanced administrative positions, stressing the government's keenness to provide the opportunity for young and qualified personnel to take their role and assume their responsibilities in contributing to building and empowering state institutions.

In turn, Dr. Bassam Ibrahim, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, emphasized the importance of government support for the National Institute and its development, pointing to the importance of research projects conducted by the graduates and the need to transfer the experiences they gained during their studies at the Institute in Administrative Sciences to their colleagues in the workplace as they have become real trainers according to methodological standards and foundations And in line with the directions of the national project for administrative reform.

For his part, Dr. Osama Al-Farraj, Dean of the National Institute of Public Administration pointed out the importance of scientific research presented by graduates, which was carried out for the first time by students individually, indicating that the number of the institute’s graduates has reached 743 to date and that the new study plan has been implemented with the aim of linking the qualification and training path Depth in the institute with the professional path of the graduate according to the needs of the public authority and the optimal investment of human resources.

The graduation ceremony was attended by Dr. Salam Safaf, Minister of Administrative Development, and Dr. Imad Al-Sabouni, Chairman of the Planning and International Cooperation Authority.
