Iranian government spokesman Ali Rabiei announced the start of the 20 percent uranium enrichment process at the Fordow facility.

The Iranian Fars News Agency quoted Rabiei as saying in a statement today, "The Iranian government had previously announced that the law approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly is binding on implementation and will be committed to it." Enriched.

Rabiei explained that this process took place after the implementation of all the initial procedures and the knowledge of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

In early December, the Iranian Islamic Consultative Assembly approved the guidelines of the law of strategic measures to abolish the embargo and preserve the interests of the Iranian people, as the Atomic Energy Organization is committed to producing at least 120 kilograms of uranium, with 20 percent enrichment per year.
