The U.S. Congress building is being evacuated tonight (Thursday) by protesters, after supporters of outgoing U.S. President Donald Trump earlier broke into it during violent riots in Washington.
A night curfew takes effect starting at 6 p.m. (Washington time).
According to a security source, a woman was shot and killed during the riots.

Police pushing the protesters away from the building, Trump supporters of the Congress, after the earlier of thousands of his supporters took over the security sphere, demonstrated outside the courtroom as they confront the security forces, and some even broke in.
Thirteen rioters were arrested and weapons confiscated by police.
