could read: "As an extension of the previous decisions private meetings only alone, allows a further non-living in the household or in the circle of members of the house matter."

Yes, that was actually named by the negotiators as one of the remaining legitimate forms of
social life

Mix-ups and misinterpretations are almost impossible: on first reading it would have been conceivable that “meeting alone”
would have meant
a meeting exclusively with
members of your own household
.
But this variant is mentioned again separately at the end of the passage.

So has it come to the point that being alone has to be
explicitly mentioned
as a just bearable
residual risk in the pandemic
?
Regardless of the question of whether an evening alone at home can even be rated as a “get-together”?
Another explanation is more likely.
In an earlier
ordinance of the state of Baden-Württemberg,
