Jean Castex will officially launch this Friday the fourth French program of investments for the future.
Formalized in September as part of the presentation of the recovery plan, this new PIA will be endowed with 20 billion euros over five years, after 10 billion for the 2017 program and 12 billion for that of 2014.
These 20 billion will be added to two types of project: first, classically, initiatives favorable to higher education, research and innovation;
then, and this is the novelty of PIA 4, markets declared priority and pre-selected.
“For the moment, four major themes are clearly identified: hydrogen, digital education, cybersecurity and quantum computing

Eleven new themes in health, transport, food, culture… will be submitted for consultation
