Five people, born between 1977 and 2004, were indicted on Thursday as part of an open judicial investigation for the kidnapping and rape of a 19-year-old girl in an apartment in Creil (Oise), according to the Senlis parquet.

"majority"
of the suspects, three men born in 1996 and 2001, and two women born in 1977 and 2004, were
"already known to the courts"
, said to the press the public prosecutor in Senlis, Jean-Baptiste Bladier .
There are two brothers and their mother among the accused.
The girl, born in 2001, was
"the victim of threats, violence and rape in a home where she had been received the night before, due to friendly relations common to the occupants"
of the accommodation, reported the magistrate.
After being held all night from Monday to Tuesday at the home of her attackers, she took refuge Tuesday in a bar, where the police found her.
A judicial investigation was opened for sequestration without voluntary release, rape, aggravated voluntary violence (in assembly, with weapon and manifest state of drunkenness), threats of death, extortion and aggravated theft.
The four young suspects were remanded in custody, in accordance with the prosecution's requisitions.
