Fontainebleau cemetery, a strategic choice

Frustrated to find that his tags attracted little attention, the tagger decided to rise crescendo.

He remembered that we had talked a lot about a desecration of a cemetery on TV.

So he wanted to do the same, telling himself that this time it was going to work

A first expertise led to him being hospitalized automatically in psychiatry, but a second should be launched to define whether the tagger, already followed by a psychiatrist, was responsible or not for his acts during the two months in which he carried out the degradations. .

Experts are trying to determine if he had stopped his treatment at the time of the tags or if he had taken his medication incorrectly.

If he is criminally responsible, the tagger will be judged after his hospitalization.

He risks up to 1 year of imprisonment for burial violation and up to 3,700 euros fine for the offense of degradation.

Apart from the Fontainebleau cemetery, several buildings have been damaged by its tags, including a nursery, an Intermarché and a school in Melun, a radar not far from Vaux-le-Vicomte, the wall of the town hall of Vaux-le-Pénil or again the churches of the villages of Ecrennes and Échouboulains.
