Five people, born between 1977 and 2004, were indicted Thursday as part of an open judicial investigation for the kidnapping and rape of a 19-year-old girl in an apartment in Creil (Oise), according to the prosecution from Senlis.
The "majority" of the suspects, three men born in 1996 and 2001, and two women born in 1977 and 2004, were "already known to the courts", said to the press the public prosecutor in Senlis, Jean-Baptiste Bladier .
There are two brothers and their mother among the accused.
The girl, born in 2001, was "the victim of threats, violence and rape in a home where she had been received the night before, due to friendly relations common to the occupants" of the accommodation, reported the magistrate.
"Subsequently during the night, she would have suffered several rapes, in addition to numerous violence, as well as a stab in the back", he added.
