In nearly thirty years, Christophe Bottineau has led a number of glorious projects, including the restoration of the Comédie-Française and that of the Sainte Chapelle.
But the Hôtel de la Marine, place de la Concorde, obviously occupies a special place.
"It's so rare to work on a major project relating to both renaissance and reconversion,"
enthuses the chief architect of Historic Monuments.
The Hotel has been a matter of conservation and restoration, but also of enhancement and contemporary amenities. ”

After four years of work and five months late, the 12,000 m2 building is on the way to completing its transformation.
In the long term, more than half will be offices, the other half welcoming visitor areas - including old 18th century apartments -, two restaurants and a tea room.
At a total cost of 100 million euros, the works were partly financed by the loan.
