All set: the Puppy Bowl returns to television 0:46

The hairiest and most beloved competition on television will be held as planned… Yes, we are talking about "Puppy Bowl."
Although the last few months have been difficult for special events, Puppy Bowl XVII will premiere on Discovery + and Animal Planet on Sunday, February 7 at 2 pm Miami time.
This was announced by Discovery.
The three-hour event will feature 70 puppies from 22 different shelters, all up for adoption.

The Puppy Bowl, an annual game in which Team Ruff and Team Fluff compete, seeks to raise awareness of pet adoption.
As well as showing the vital work of shelters and rescues.
According to a press release, the last 16 editions of the Puppy Bowl have had a 100% adoption rate for the featured puppies and kittens.
Steve Levy, host of ESPN's "Monday Night Football," and Sage Steele, host of SportsCenter, will provide commentary and analysis during this year's game.

Dan Schanchner will reprise his role as referee.
Also, for cat lovers, the Kitty Halftime Show will be re-introduced.
