Olching
- Almost 100 cards came together with suggestions and suggestions.
The citizens' wishes were evaluated and submitted to the city administration and the city council.
According to the Greens, many of the participants want more safety and space for cycling and walking and an improved quality of stay on the main road.
In order to achieve this, measures are proposed such as reduced speed, bicycle lanes and additional crosswalks.
It is also suggested that some of the parking spaces be converted into parking spaces for bicycles and especially cargo bikes.
Further requests are the creation of a traffic concept and more green in the main street.
Green City Councilor Michael Kircher sees himself confirmed by the action: "The main street should become a social meeting place for the Olching people - more pedestrians, more cyclists, fewer cars."
