The Syrian Foundation for Trade opened today a new sales hall in the university city of Tishreen University and another in Halloum Square in the northern Raml neighborhood in Lattakia after its rehabilitation.
The Director General of the Foundation, Ahmed Najm, said in a statement to SANA's correspondent that the hall serves students in the city, who number about 17,000, stressing that the institution will also offer offers commensurate with the student segment with the possibility of offering other marketing products such as installments, office supplies and others.
In turn, the Director of the Foundation's branch in Latakia, Shadi Dalla, indicated that with the opening of these two halls, the number of halls and centers of the branch in the governorate increased to 230 outlets as part of the Foundation’s plan and supported the governorate to expand horizontally to serve the largest possible segment of citizens.
The opening of the two halls was attended by Minister of Trade and Consumer Protection Talal Al-Barazi, Governor of Lattakia Ibrahim Khader Al-Salem, President of Tishreen University Dr. Bassam Hassan, and Secretary of Tishreen University Branch of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, Dr. Mirna Dalalah.
