Atletico Madrid contract with Frenchman Dembele until the end of the season

Spanish club Atletico Madrid announced that it has signed a contract with French striker Moussa Dembele, Lyon striker, on loan until the end of the season, with the right to purchase.

French newspaper "Televot" quoted French club Lyon's sporting director, Joe Niño, as saying that his club had reached an agreement with Atlético de Madrid regarding the transfer of striker Dembele to the Spanish club.

The deal comes to compensate for the departure of Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid after the club terminated his contract with him.
