The attempt comes after the High Court rejected the Chief Rabbinate's request to hold another hearing in the ruling that ruled that hospitals have no authority to ban the introduction of chametz into their territory. Supreme Court President Esther Hayut ruled that the legal questions in the ruling were focused on the authorities' authority. another hearing en banc.
