What will the future, technological and collaborative world of housing look like and what is the role of the developer in establishing community life in a new project?
A first look is possible from the acro real estate companies and start-up VENN, which have signed a collaboration between them.
Today, the relationship between the developer and tenants usually ends with the handing over of the key.
Through the VENN platform, the tenants will be accompanied already at the stage of purchase, through the transition of the apartment and throughout the entire period of residence in the project.
In the first phase, the platform will be offered free of charge to tenants for about a year and a half, in a golf project in the Neot Afeka neighborhood and in the TEL AVIV YARD project in the Neve Sharet neighborhood.
Both projects are under construction and together include 550 apartments for sale.
In the future, the collaboration is expected to expand to more Acro projects.
Through the app, project tenants will enjoy a unique residential experience that includes meetings and connections with neighbors, support for tenant community initiatives, common spaces, events, access to a variety of local services and an advanced service interface for management and maintenance.
The overall experience, which is managed by the Venn community team at the complex, is accessed through an innovative app.
How It Works?
The platform operates on four levels: Content and events - each of the building's occupants can initiate an event and invite the neighbors at the click of a button.
Whether it's a movie night, a show, a course or a workshop, the tenants, with the support of the community staff, will be able to get involved and create new human connections in the neighborhood spaces.
Local Services Venn - offers a variety of available and discounted local services to tenants thus encouraging local consumerism and strengthening neighborhood businesses.
From apartment-related services, such as laundry and cleaning, to health and mental health services such as yoga workshops and treatments.
In addition, any tenant can upload a service to the app and enjoy the consumer power of the community.

Common spaces will be established for the well-being of the tenants, such as work and creative spaces, a neighborhood equipment lending library, music spaces, movement and treatments.
Tenants can reserve the spaces through the app for a private event and even invite the neighbors.
