However, among the top 50 companies, there are 14 large property management companies, accounting for about 30%.
The government stipulates that large property management companies that successfully apply for wage subsidies must promise to return at least 80% of the wage subsidy amount to the residential property owners or owners' corporations they manage, and submit feedback suggestions to the Policy Innovation and Coordination Office.
In order to support the construction industry, the government has launched two rounds of the “epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic fund”. As of August 9, 2020, about 1,800 companies have applied for the “long-term casual worker” employment guarantee program in the construction industry, and it has provided assistance to about 490,000 construction workers. Workers in the industry and about 19,000 companies in the industry have distributed a total of more than 4.8 billion yuan in subsidies.
As of November 25, 2020, the total number of employees benefiting from the second phase of the Employment Guarantee Program (ie, the number of promised salaried employees) is 1.81 million.
The total amount of wage subsidies granted to employers in the two phases is about 90 billion.
For the time being, the government will not consider launching the third phase of the employment guarantee plan, instead launching the third round of the epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic fund for the affected premises.
