After Cristina Kirchner's call to reformulate the health system and the Government's reversal with the authorization of the increase in prepaid payments, the possible return of Liliana Korenfeld to the Superintendence of Health Services (SSS) heightened the
alarms among the referents of the CGT
for an eventual advance on union social works.

The union leaders had raised their guard with the speech of Cristina Kirchner and also by the
versions of

departure

The alarms in the CGT were aggravated by the possibility of Korenfeld's return to the Superintendency.
