She was condemned by the courts.
The RATP should in turn, during the disciplinary procedure which follows, "dismiss" her.
This Monday, at the Paris judicial court, during an appearance on prior admission of guilt (CRPC), an agent of the RATP - a 35-year-old woman suspected of being a drug dealer, already known to the police services - was sentenced to six months in prison suspended for "facts of use of narcotics, detention, transport, offer or transfer and carrying prohibited weapon", specifies a judicial source.
Her colleague, friend, also RATP agent, aged 29, unknown to the police, is being prosecuted by criminal order for acts of drug use.
She was smoking a joint when they were arrested.
The facts go back to this weekend
Saturday evening, around 9 pm, in full curfew, the police officers of the BAC (Anti-Crime Brigade) spot a Peugeot 308 "irregularly" parked on rue de la Lune, at the corner of rue Poissonnière (Xe), in the Bonne-Nouvelle district.
The officials are intrigued by a man who runs out and rushes into a building.
Then they see the car restarting.
The police decide to follow her and intercept her a little further on, rue de Cléry (IIe).
Inside, two women, both RATP officers, in uniform, with a RATP logo plaque on the dashboard measuring approximately 30 cm, clearly visible from the outside.
The passenger gives them a business card.
Two canisters of cocaine, two canisters of MDMA, a small amount of cannabis and 280 euros in cash
The officials, intrigued by "a strong smell of cannabis emanating from the passenger compartment", continue their investigations and discover a "homemade cigarette burning placed on the armrest of the driver".
As well as two canisters of cocaine, two canisters of MDMA, a small amount of cannabis and 280 euros in cash.
And two tear gas canisters.
The two women, one of whom lives in Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis) and the other in Ivry-sur-Seine (Val-de-Marne), were on tour!
The driver also admitted to having "made a transaction" with the man the police had spotted.
They were "outside their working hours"
The duo were then subjected to a saliva drug test which came back positive.
The two women were brought back to the center police station and taken into police custody.

This Monday evening, the RATP, informed on Saturday "by the police of an arrest in flagrante delicto", specified that its two agents were "outside their working time".
However, she did not specify whether her agents were subway, bus, ticket counters or office drivers.
The Régie opened an internal investigation "given the seriousness of the facts".
And warned: "If the alleged facts are confirmed by the investigation, disciplinary proceedings will be immediately initiated, up to and including dismissal.
