Smutrich demanded from Bennett at least four places in the top eight or five places in the top ten, as reported in Walla!

NEWS.

On the other hand, Bennett agreed to give Smutrich only a maximum of three places in the top ten.

The parties met about a week ago but did not reach an agreement.

However, the question of locations was not the only argument between the two, Smutrich publicly attacked Bennett for the campaign he has recently led under the headline "No livelihood, no interest" in the context of the Corona crisis.

In a Facebook post he wrote that "religious Zionism has a responsibility to go far beyond that, and as complex as it is it must take on both tasks."

He also hinted that Bennett is leaning towards the center and may support a non-right-wing government.

In further interviews he said that Bennett had brought religious Zionism to its greatest low.
