The lawyers of the magistrates of the national financial prosecutor have every intention of fighting for their clients, Ulrika Delaunay-Weiss and Patrice Amar.
They are both targeted by an investigation by the General Inspectorate of Justice (IGJ) as part of the "fadettes" case, a case linked to the tapping of Nicolas Sarkozy alias Paul Bismuth.
Me Marie Lhéritier and her colleague François Saint-Pierre are therefore preparing a letter for the use of Jean Castex, the Prime Minister, to communicate to them the administrative investigation that the IGJ is in the process of finalizing.
“Given the impact of this affair, it is the least of things,
” underlines Me Lhéritier.

According to the procedure followed by the IGJ, this type of investigation is never communicated to the magistrates concerned "
except in the event of disciplinary proceedings where, in this case, it will be placed in the file
", recalls Me Lhéritier.
However, the investigations are extremely thorough, sometimes traumatic.
