, 'The generation of the Desert' organized by Istoreto and the Turin Jewish Studies Center.

A raid on the channel of the zoom platform in which the organizers were insulted with racist and anti-Semitic phrases: "Jews in the ovens we will burn you all" "The Nazis are back", accompanied by the vision of images of swastikas and Hitler.

The episode was reported on social media by the writer's daughter, Sara De Benedictis.

He toured Italy telling the stories described in his works.

"What happened on Sunday afternoon was not just an alarm bell - says the Piedmontese regional councilor of LuV Marco Grimaldi - the anti-Semitic raid, which took place within a presentation whose access was bound to a request to be sent via email, it is a clear signal that fascist and neo-Nazi movements are organizing ".

The episode is not the only one.

In recent months, always in the same way, three other cases have been reported in Turin, again at presentations of cultural initiatives.
