Expired holiday vouchers will soon be exchangeable

2021-01-12T18:46:52.941Z

From January 15, it will be possible to exchange them for new ones by sending them to the ANCV which will however deduct 10 euros from the amount received.

What to do with expired holiday vouchers?

This problem arises for many French people whose holiday vouchers issued in 2018 expired on December 31, 2020. It is therefore impossible to use them.

But that doesn't mean they are lost.

The National Agency for Holiday Checks (ANCV) will indeed allow these tickets to be exchanged for the first time from Friday January 15.

Chèques-Vacances, e-Chèques-Vacances and Sports Coupons are concerned for a minimum amount of 30 euros, explains France Bleu.

The request will be made directly from a new site launched by the ANCV: leguide.ancv.com and which will also allow requests to be made regarding the theft or loss of checks.

The expired checks must then be sent.

However, the agency advises to keep the stubs of these checks and the supporting coupons until we receive the new ones.

In return, the ANCV will deduct 10 euros from the amount of the checks concerned, adds France Bleu.

The registered mail, if it is done within one month, will be free.
