The ultra-Kirchner deputy Leopoldo Moreau, who is usually one of those who best expresses the ideas of Vice President Cristina Kirchner, asked to

denounce "judges, prosecutors

and eventually members of the Supreme Court" who were part of what he defined as

" a systematic plan of persecution "

against former Kirchner leaders, officials and businessman.

Moreau is one of the members of the Frente de Todos who has just

signed a petition in which they asked for the "freedom" of Amado Boudou

and the "political prisoners."

Among the firms there were officials, former Latin American presidents and actors related to the ruling party among others.

The deputy raised his idea of

denouncing the members of the Justice who investigated corruption

in the framework of the pardon requests that various Kirchner leaders have been demanding.

In his view

, the new strategy against justice

should rule out those requests for amnesty.

"I do not believe in amnesty or pardon. We must continue to insist through the courts," he said in a radio interview.

And then he expanded his thesis.

He assured that an

"amnesty or pardon would validate processes that were illegal.

That is why it is necessary to criminally denounce judges, prosecutors and a member of the Supreme Court," he insisted.

Along the same lines, he considered that

the complaints also have to be replicated in international justice.

"We must report to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights," he stated.

Along these lines, on Monday Graciana Peñafort, Amado Boudou's lawyer and legal adviser in the Senate of Cristina Kirchner, anticipated that in addition to appealing the revocation of Boudou's house arrest, she is already working on

a presentation before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights

to review the sentence of the former vice president sentenced to 5 years and 10 months in prison for the Ciccone case.

Moreau also had harsh words against the Supreme Court.

He considered that he was a participant in the "persecution" plan against Kirchnerists and said that he "eluded his responsibility" in the alleged "delaying irregularities and violations of the right to defense and due process."

"The Court has an enormous arbitrariness,"

Moreau continued.

"It is necessary to reform the Judicial Power, because it has a monarchical structure. It must be reformed from top to bottom. I believe that the Supreme Court must be expanded," he said.

And he even targeted one of its members, Ricardo Lorenzetti, whom he accused of being

"an active accomplice in the political persecution."

The idea of enlarging the highest court has been around for a long time within Kirchnerism, although until now they have not managed to advance.

Even the Advisory Commission promoted by President Alberto Fernández to evaluate changes in the Court, the Attorney General's Office and the Council of the Magistracy proposed leaving the Court with five members but creating an intermediate court.

Moreau's words come in the midst of

a new advance of the ruling party on Justice

and after the request in support of Boudou that generated tensions in the Government.

The President maintained that he is not in favor of granting pardons and considered that there are no political prisoners in the Government, contrary to what the sectors that respond to Vice President Cristina Kirchner think.

The judges of the Court, targeted by Kirchnerism.

In addition, in the hard Kirchnerism they are not satisfied with the changes promoted in the Justice and consider that

the President did not make all efforts to improve the judicial situation of the prisoners K or the former president

one year after taking office.

Moreau, in fact, revealed this discomfort and assured that it is necessary to go for an even broader "reform of the Judicial Power" of the project that the ruling party brought to Congress.

The former president had already raised her disagreement with the judicial reform days before it is debated in the Senate.

"I sincerely believe that the country still owes a real judicial reform that is not the one we are going to debate this Thursday," he had raised.

It is not the first time that Moreau has targeted the Court.

In October last year he was one of the deputies who supported a request for impeachment promoted by Kirchnerism against the president of the court, Carlos Rosenkrantz, and considered that the Court was "degraded", "exhausted" and that it did not have "the level of other times ".
