Eric Dupond-Moretti is no longer alone in the face of his detractors and the Court of Justice of the Republic.
As revealed by L'Opinion, the president of the bar of Paris, Olivier Cousi, and the criminal lawyer of business law Christophe Ingrain are the lawyers who will defend the Minister of Justice before the Court of Justice of the Republic, while an information court was sent Wednesday by the general prosecutor's office to the Court of Cassation for illegal taking of interest.
At the center of this unprecedented instruction by a Minister of Justice during the year, two cases: an administrative investigation conducted with the General Inspectorate of Justice last October concerning three magistrates of the financial prosecutor's office who had investigated for five years against several major penalists of the Paris bar, including Éric Dupond-Moretti, in the context of the wiretapping of Nicolas Sarkozy.
