According to Eric Maurel, the man notably insulted and threatened the professor by assuring that he was the author of a pornographic consultation in class.
He then smashed the windshield of the teacher's car who suffered minor injuries to the face, Maurel said in messages to the press.
The attacker was able to flee and the investigation was entrusted to the search brigade of the Nîmes gendarmerie company.
On January 8, three college students had denounced "
falsely a
(other)
teacher for viewing pornographic sites in the classroom,
" said the prosecutor.
The principal had alerted the judicial authority on January 12.
The investigation "
including the use of the professor's computer, will reveal the untruthful nature of the denunciation,
" insisted Maurel.
The prosecution has decided to prosecute the three college students who will be summoned to be heard before the juvenile judge for denouncing imaginary facts and slanderous denunciation, he said.
