The defendant first explained the acts in front of the district court on Tuesday with his private circumstances.

trouble with his fiancée
and had a difficult relationship with his parents.

He always made the night trips across Upper Bavaria when he couldn't sleep.
"Nothing happened," he said in August 2019 when the

.
Now that he can work again and has a son, he has his life under control again.
The prosecutor made it clear that only a confession

save the 22-year-old from
prison
.
The Grafinger agreed to it, admitted to all allegations and agreed that his

Judge Markus Nikol finally sentenced the speeder to a

imprisonment
of one year, suspended to three years probation.
"It is pure coincidence that 'only' one
animal was harmed
," he said at the end.
His driving style endangered both his own life and that of many others.
