Many residents of Konrad-Adenauer-Strasse in Fürstenfeldbruck have had an ice-cold weekend behind them.
The heating went out on Friday afternoon.
And on Monday there were still around 200 tenants in thick winter jackets in their apartments.

She waits in vain for warm water.
Immediately she calls the Dawonia service phone number.
The company manages the apartment blocks.
“It was said that the repairman was already there, everything is fine,” says the 72-year-old.
On your advice that the water and heating are cold, the technician should be sent again.
But the hope of cozy warmth disappears.
It will stay cold in the apartments at Konrad-Adenauer-Straße 2-12 until Monday.
And not for the first time.
The block with house numbers 14-24 and the buildings on Höhenringstrasse are also affected.
"The apartment cools down immediately," says the senior citizen.
“Everything you do is freezing.” At temperatures that barely rise above freezing point even during the day, people only sit in their apartments with several layers of clothing, snow jackets and long johns.
It's 12 to 14 degrees there, says another resident.
That happens at least twice a year. “It can't do that so many residents have to sit in the cold for days, that's a cheek to put it mildly,” complains another tenant.
The children are wrapped up warm
The Wurmdobler family also had bad experiences with heating.
That's where the trouble started at Christmas.
"The children slept with two sweaters and two pairs of socks," says Melanie Wurmdobler.
Only after 18 days did a service employee look at the matter.
But that didn't help much.
It's not the first time the family has been in the cold.
In winter you can almost wait until the heating or hot water fails.
“You can put it in the calendar almost beforehand,” says Wurmdobler.
The cause of the anger is an electrical malfunction in the control of the heating system, reports a spokeswoman for Dawonia.
"This caused the heating failure." The technical service responded immediately.
"Since then, our service partner has been on site several times." The emergency service was able to fix the problems at short notice, but not permanently stable over the weekend, said the housing company's spokeswoman.
"The system was temporarily switched manually to continuous operation and supplies heat." Work continues to completely eliminate the malfunction.
Tenants do not receive any information
The tenants from Konrad-Adenauer-Straße 4 wait in vain for this information.
The resident calls the service point twice on Saturday.
“We're working on it,” she was told succinctly.
The tenant complains that there is no notice, no notice on the Dawonia website.
The company spokeswoman refers to the customer service and the technical hotline, which can be reached 24 hours.
The numbers would be posted in every stairwell.
One tenant says that the hotline is just being held up.
"A straight six for an emergency service."
At least the quivering ended for the time being on Monday afternoon.
Because the heaters slowly warmed up the cooled-down rooms again.
