Passau * city and district of Passau * have been struggling with high Corona * numbers for weeks.
The latest protective measures are now causing trouble between the authorities because
Passau's citizens are
no longer allowed to go on day trips to the district.

visitors
to come in for tourist excursions - and it is no exception for the residents of the city of Passau.
Söder expressed the hope that the
city and district
will find a solution.
It could not be "that Munich has to become the referee".
City dwellers can now move within 15 kilometers.
Several media had reported about it.
Passau's district administrator
Raimund Kneidinger
(CSU) said the measure should help to reduce contact between people.
According to the Robert Koch Institute *, the district had a seven-day incidence * of 309.9 on Tuesday.
The city of Passau was at 278.4.
Corona also dominates the new year.

Corona in Bavaria: The 15-kilometer radius has been in effect in hotspots since Monday
According to the latest anti-corona * regulation that has been in force since Monday, people are only allowed to move 15 kilometers away from their place of residence if the
incidence value
exceeds the limit of 200.
Exceptions are compelling reasons such as driving to work or doctor's appointments.
Municipalities with an incidence value of over 200 also have the option of excluding foreign guests for leisure trips.
