The health authorities in Russia announced that in the past hours they had recorded the lowest daily death toll in Corona since mid-November.
The Coronavirus Operations Room said in its daily report that it had recorded 22,850 new cases of the virus and 566 deaths during the past 24 hours, indicating that the total number of deaths due to the Covid-19 epidemic reached 63,370 out of 3 million and 471053 infected people, while two million and 854088 people were cured.
And in China, the National Health Commission announced today that the Chinese mainland has recorded 115 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, of which 107 are local infections, and the rest are imported from outside the mainland.
In its daily report, the committee added that as of yesterday, 4,451 imported injuries were reported on the Chinese mainland, which left hospitals, among them 4,165 people after recovering, and 286 people are still in hospitals to receive medical treatment, and no deaths were recorded in the imported cases.
The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases on the Chinese mainland reached 87,706 as of yesterday.
