And what they found is that with the second confinement, the turnover of VSEs and SMEs decreased by 22% on average (and even 86% in traditional catering) in November 2020 compared to in the same month of the previous year.
A lesser evil in view of the situation in April, where the drop recorded over one year was 36% on average.
Over the first eleven months of the year, the cumulative loss in turnover of VSEs and SMEs amounted to 18%.
