A 27-year-old Angevin was sent back to court for aggravated rape, aggravated sexual assault, as well as possession and dissemination of child pornography between 2010 and 2018, the Angers public prosecutor announced on Thursday.

We have 10 identified minor victims, some of whom were less than 5 years old at the time of the facts, 24 civil parties and 42 offenses constituted for the accused,

A report on Pharos, the illegal content reporting platform, triggered the investigation.
The young man, who lived with his parents in the Angers region, was indicted in February 2018. He had completed several internships between 2013 and 2015 in kindergartens after having passed a CAP early childhood.
The facts were potentially committed in a professional and family environment, according to the prosecutor.
"
Investigators from the Angers gendarmerie research brigade found child pornography images with victims who have not been identified for sexual assaults allegedly committed between 2010 and 2018,
" said Eric Bouillard.
In total "
several dozen children were heard, as well as teachers and school directors
", he added.
A Parisian police official is also implicated for sharing illegal content with Angevin.
At least three associations for the protection of children have become civil parties.
