North Korea held a military parade to celebrate its ruling party's congress, including a parade of a ballistic missile launched from a submarine, the official North Korean agency KCNA reported on Friday.

" said Defense Minister Kim Jong Gwan before the parade, according to KCNA received in Seoul .
