Claudio Alberto Tinari (44) is detained at the 5th Police Station of the Partido de la Costa accused of sexually abusing one of his employees, hired together with another group of young people to work during the summer season at the Botavara spa restaurant de Pinamar, which the native businessman from Morón had granted.
That text is just a part of the testimonial statement from one of the girls on the restaurant staff.
The story is shocking, with many details about the level of mistreatment that Tinari had towards almost everyone who crossed her path.
And not only that.
Offers of sex in exchange for money, sexual violence almost daily and workplace abuse of all kinds.
The woman who provided this statement is the goddaughter of Tinari's partner and said that she went to work after the proposal of the woman, called Fabiana, an employee of the Pinamar municipality.
She was hired in black and her hours were from 9 in the morning to 8 at night.
"He was mistreated with the employees and with the girls it was very slimy. One day, with P. (another of the employees) we finished work and we asked Claudio if we could go to the beach. He said yes. The employee said that her partner (P.) had already been offered it before and that this led to the resignation of the girl, who was also the first to report it, a situation that encouraged another of the girls to file a complaint for the violation and that later allowed the rest of the staff to bring up the issue of labor abuse.
Without letting details pass, the statement continues, at this point with a hand in hand that this employee suffered (the goddaughter of Tinari's wife):
"That same day we had a meeting with the waiters and when Claudio arrived he told me to accompany him , and then tell me 'what things would you be willing to do to earn more money?'

The prosecutor Juan Pablo Calderón, from the Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) 4 of Pinamar, investigates the sexual abuse of one of the employees, an incident that occurred on December 22 when the hired workers were still staying in a hotel ("Trinidad") from Pinamar (then they went to a house rented by Tinari).
That accusation determined the arrest of Tinari, on Monday of this week.
On the other hand, the case for "promotion and facilitation of prostitution" and "possible labor trafficking" is in charge of the General Madariaga prosecutor Walter Mercuri, who would request in these hours the extension of Tinari's detention for these crimes.
Another novelty that occurred this Thursday was the statement from Tinari's partner, who said that on the night of the abuse reported by one of the employees, she was with the businessman, in an intention to remove him from the scene of the attack.

In this context, they are still trying to determine if the defendant threw his iPhone into the sea to hide evidence against him.
It is a yellow Iphone brand phone that, according to an employee of the accused, was discarded by the businessman.
The sources indicated that in the search warrant issued by Calderón, the seizure of this personal cell phone from Tinari was requested, which was not found in the three properties inspected.
Regarding the investigation into sexual abuse, the prosecutor Calderón requested psychological tests to be carried out on both the victim of the rape (verified by medical experts) and the accused, who has a suspended prison sentence for the crime of "aggravated obscene exhibitions and damages ", granted by the Judicial Department of Morón.
Tinari was tried after being discovered showing his genitals at the door of a kindergarten.
