The pressure on the right has taken its toll:

Following the storm following the publication in "Israel Today", the state removed some of the Palestinian construction plans in Area C from the agenda of the Civil Administration meeting this coming Sunday.

The projects in the villages of Kissan and Khirbet Zakaria in Gush Etzion, as well as in the village of Dahr al-Malek in northern Samaria, have been removed from the agenda.

Israel Today learned this week that the Civil Affairs Planning and Licensing Subcommittee is expected to discuss next Sunday the promotion of the training of illegal construction plans led by the Palestinian Authority as part of the "Campaign on Area C."

These plans include illegal construction within nature reserves on which Israel has declared state lands designated for Israeli localities.

The committee will also prepare a series of illegal schools, which the Palestinian Authority defines as "schools in the fight against settlements."

This drew pressure and criticism from right-wing sources on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Bnei Gantz.

MK Bezalel Smutrich (Religious Zionist Party) claimed that "Gantz is acting against cabinet policy - requires urgent discussion."

The Young Settlement Forum sent a letter to Prime Minister Netanyahu in which he was required, along with the regulation of the young settlement, to prevent the regulation of construction.

"You, as Prime Minister, have the authority to stop and prevent the discussion of regulating the Palestinian outposts, and we expect it to do so, until the Minister of Defense - who acted with complete lack of authority on this issue - will kindly raise the government's decision to regulate the young settlement."
