Erika Bürgle from Karlsfeld, herself 80 years old, accompanied her 88-year-old husband to his vaccination appointment last Tuesday.
The two had to wait an hour and a half in the cold.
Bürgle's husband is very old and, like many seniors, depends on his walker.
“At some point he started shaking terribly, and now he's not someone who freezes easily,” says his wife.
She knows: "There were some people who accompanied their relatives who all said they would complain massively."

The reason for the long waiting time on one day was an IT problem, explains the press spokeswoman for Johanniter in the Upper Bavaria regional association, Kristina-Désirée Reinelt.
