I was just told that the teens were inside the room making popcorn while my son was outside riding a scooter in the yard.

She confirms that the attack went a priori well within a municipal facility and that the mastiff belongs to a "municipal agent".

The latter is suspended pending the conclusions of the internal administrative investigation which has just been launched in parallel with the police investigation.

This administrative inquiry will allow, among other things, to determine whether or not the facilitator was on duty that day.
