: such is the quirky motto of this shop on the Grands Boulevards run by the Benitah family and inspired by North American delicacies.
Manufacturer of high-end artisanal pastrami since 2012 for beautiful Parisian addresses (Robuchon, Fauchon, Cédric Grolet, Georges V, but also Chiche, Babka Zana ...), William (the father) now supplies his spicy beef brisket, brined and smoked to garnish delicious sandwiches prepared by Simon (one of his sons).
Among ten recipes in a nod to New York Ashkenazi cuisine, the generous Reuben (pastrami, sauerkraut, secret sauce, cheddar and custom sourdough bread) is one of the best sellers!
