Ambassador Diop stresses the importance of the strategic relationship between Syria and Iran and the continuation of cooperation with friends in combating terrorism

The Syrian ambassador to Tehran, Dr. Shafiq Dioub stressed the importance of the strategic relationship between Syria and Iran, stressing the continuation of cooperation with allies and friends in combating terrorism and aggression until every bit of soil is liberated from the land of Syria.

During his meeting today at the Syrian Embassy in Tehran, Ambassador Dioub indicated a delegation that included a number of officials and those in charge of the Association of Martyrs of the Holy Places in Syria, the Martyrs Foundation in Iran and some families of martyrs and kidnapped persons who were martyred and kidnapped in Syria that the strategic relationship between Syria and Iran has withstood the blood of the martyrs, stressing the importance of martyrdom and sacrifice. For the sake of dignity, pride and national sovereignty, and that with martyrdom, nations live, dignities and achievements are preserved, and victory is achieved on all fronts.

Ambassador Diop said, "The blood of the martyrs, which mixed with each other from the various sects in the axis of resistance on the Syrian soil, resulted in a common victory over terrorism and its supporters from the Zionist entity and those in its orbit, and thanks to which great achievements were made against the forces of terror and aggression that history and humanity will perpetuate."

Ambassador Dioub pointed to the duty to honor the martyrs through serious work to develop strategic relations between the two countries and to strengthen the axis of resistance in various fields, pointing to the importance of exchanging experiences between institutions responsible for martyrs' affairs in Syria and Iran and to benefit from the experiences and experiences of both parties in order to provide the best services to families and families of martyrs and the wounded. And the preservation of the achievements made thanks to the sacrifices of their children.

For their part, the head of the Association of Servants of the Martyrs Defending the Holy Places, the cultural and educational assistant of the Martyr Foundation in Iran, the President of the Research Association, a number of the wounded, and the fathers and mothers of some of the martyrs and kidnapped, stressed the necessity of fulfilling the blood of the martyrs and their approach to making sacrifices, preserving achievements and strengthening strategic relations between the two countries.
