Bibbs is promoting a proposal to reserve 15% of the Arab authorities' development budget to fund programs to combat violence in Arab communities.

The Arab public is also angry about this, claiming that the budget is meager as well.

"She deserves a fight in Corona, industry and transportation. All the heads of the authorities will do well if they wait after the election. The proposal to deduct 15% of the authorities' development budget is simply insolent. The Arab child deserves an equal opportunity for the Jewish child."
